Dr. Hashemi is Board Certified in both Urogynecology and OB/GYN, with 16 years of experience treating thousands of patients through cosmetic vaginal rejuvenation and clinical procedures. For over a decade, Dr. Hashemi has provided extensive training to many surgeons and residents in urogynecologic, gynecologic, minimally invasive laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries and was a teaching affiliate of UMDNJ. He has also co-authored articles in medical journals including Perinatology and the Journal of Molecular Neuroscience and has numerous publication.
Dr. Hashemi is the former Director of the Urogynecology Division and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ (2006-2016), as well as the former Director of OB/GYN Residency Program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (2012-2016). He has a comprehensive background in treating urogynecologic and gynecologic conditions.
